Pål’s career includes key roles such as CEO at Adapti, founder of Adduco Holding, Sales Director at Verisure, and leader at Securitas. This extensive background gives him a unique perspective on our market and industry.
More than just our new CEO, Pål is passionate about employee development, coaching leadership, and team building. Since 2021, he has also served as an independent coach and mentor, underscoring his commitment to personal and professional growth. In his role as CEO, Pål will ensure that we achieve our long-term goals, shape our overall strategy, lead key decision-making processes, and represent the company externally.
